This week in Florida has been a scorcher! I got into my car late last week to see a temperature of 105! EEK! Not to mention that I can't believe its already June, and summer is here.   Spring is here, but in Florida, it is feeling more like summer. I am definitely not complaining, I love the warm weather, pool days, and of course, summer cocktails! One of my favorite warm weather snacks is watermelon! Its just so yummy who doesn't love it?! Anytime we go somewhere that has watermelon cocktails, I am all over it. There are some things that I never want to forget, "Mommy, for you" is one of them. Dylan is now a little over 2 and the things he says amaze me everyday. He has started putting together 3 and 4 word sentences in the past month or so and I just can't believe how much his vocabulary has grown. Some of the things he says are pretty demanding "C'mon!" as his little head peeks around his bedroom door, or "Sit Down!" usually because he wants you to read him a book.     We have two new babies in our family, and another that should be here by the end of May. Dylan is an only child, and until now, has been the baby in our immediate and extended family. Easter is almost here and I am super excited! It is one of my favorite holidays, but not because it is acceptable to eat chocolate eggs for breakfast, but because it means a weekend at the beach. Every year my boyfriends family stays at the same hotel right on Cocoa Beach.
