This recipe is just in time for Thanksgiving! I don’t think we could have created a more festive cocktail for this time of year. To be completely honest, I was skeptical on this cocktail at first. I’m not a huge apple cider person, but Hannah had this recipe ready, and I had planned nothing, sooo.. Apple Pie it was. I was so surprised at how much I liked it. I think the honey and cinnamon sugar rim is 100% necessary on this one! It really makes the drink, and gives it a little something extra. I wouldn’t make these drinks too far in advance, because the honey does run. It makes for a great picture, but you may need to have some wipes handy for all the sticky fingers (and I’m not talking about the kids this time).

What you’ll need:
- Sparkling wine
- Apple cider
- Honey simple syrup
- 1 oz cinnamon schnapps
- honey & cinnamon sugar rim
Making honey simple syrup is really easy! Just boil water and add in equal parts honey. stir until dissolved – about 1-2 minutes
Coat the rim with honey and dip in cinnamon sugar. Usually I say these things are optional, but I really think this makes the drink.
In a glass combine:
- 5oz sparkling wine
- 3oz apple cider
- 1 oz of honey simple syrup
- 1 oz cinnamon schnapps

Cheers!
